Get Started: How to Book

All Veterinary Physiotherapists work with veterinary consent to treat any animals with an injury or illness, in accordance with the Veterinary Surgeons Act 1966. The process involves a completed consent form by your registered vet.

Veterinary consent is not required for maintenance care. For instance, a sporting dog that is healthy and has no injury or ilness. Therefore, no referral form is required. However, if during assessment an issue is discovered, the animal will be referred back to the vet.

Step 1: Download the Veterinary Consent Form. Fill in the owner and Veterinary clinic details

Step 2: Please return the filled out form via email (gbvetphysiotherapy@gmail.com). This will be forwarded to your registered Veterinary Surgeon

Step 3: I will contact you to book a time/date for an appointment
